She has experience in running and working for internet start-ups such as K2, RichFX, Abilon, and was CEO of BoutiqueY3K, an ecommerce consulting firm. After working at dot com start-ups, Cecilia joined established multi-national luxury and fashion brands in senior and executive management positions and was involved in ecommerce, merchandising, marketing and operations for Burberry, Frette, and La Perla.
Cecilia was recognized in 1999 by Silicon Alley Reporter among the " Top 100 Internet Executives in NY." She was named the National Association of Women Business Owner's "New York Businesswoman of the Year" in 2000. Director of Technology - Anthony Yockey Anthony is a senior level technology and operations executive with over twenty-five years experience in technology and management. Director of Merchandising - Lisa Friedman Lisa Friedman, StyleTrek's Director of Merchandising, has over 10 years of broad experience in Luxury Fashion, Beauty and Home as a marketer, planner, buyer, and merchandiser. She heads up designer relations, merchandising, buying, and inventory management for the company. Lisa started her fashion career at Chanel in RTW. From there she has had roles of increasing responsibility at W Magazine, LVMH, Calvin Klein and Frette. She was recently an Account Executive for Kim Seybert, where her accounts included Barney's New York, Bergdorf Goodman, and Gilt Groupe.
Manager, Designer Relations - Mary Jo Velez Mary Jo is the cornerstone for all StyleTrek designers. Her brand experience includes Bloomingdales, Liz Claiborne, Calvin Klein Sport, Warnaco, Christian Dior and Tommy Hilfiger Europe. Mary Jo has diverse knowledge in bringing collections to market, sourcing, developing product, merchandising and managing vendors. Based in Brescia, Italy for the past fifteen years, Mary Jo has consulted for trade shows and international conferences in addition to founding The Club101, an international group of English speaking expatriates living in Northern Italy. Mary Jo will be the calling card for all StyleTrek designers.
E-Commerce Manager - Livia Manca di Villahermosa Livia gained significant E-Commerce and Marketing experience working for primary luxury brands both in Europe and US. She will be responsible for managing the day-to-day E-Commerce operations and administration as well developing marketing strategies. She will also oversee Style Trek's Customer Service and Fulfillment. Livia earned a Degree in Business Administration at Bocconi University in Milan and completed her post-graduate education at New York University; she is native Italian and French speaker and fluent in English.
Business Advisor - Paul Raffin Paul J. Raffin. Mr. Raffin has a track record in growing successful fashion & luxury brands. He currently consults in the fashion industry with a focus on strategic planning, organizational development and brand building. His most recent assignment for DZ Trading involves the launch of two new brands, in addition to defining a reengineered business model for this Shanghai-based global company. Through December 2009, Mr. Raffin was the Global Group Chief Executive Officer of Frette Inc., a provider of luxury linens, a position he held since January 2008. From February 2007 to January 2008, Mr. Raffin served as Chief Executive Officer of Frette North America. From December 1997 to January 2007 he served in various positions at Limited Brands, Inc., most recently as President of the $2 Billion Express, Inc. division. Prior thereto, he was President, Mail Order of J.Crew; President of Gant, a division of Crystal Brands; and President of the Colours and Coloursport Division of Colours by Alexander Julian. Mr. Raffin currently sits on the board of directors of dElia's, a vertical retail company servicing the teenage and contemporary market. Mr. Raffin has previously served as a director of The Bombay Company, Inc., previously a retailer of home furnishings.
International Business Advisor - Varsha Rao Varsha Rao is an internet veteran with experience in e-commerce and online/mobile media. Currently CEO of SingTel Digital Media, publisher of inSing.com, a local search and lifestyle guide in Singapore, Varsha has been based in Asia for the last few years. A recent speaker at AdTech Asia and Echelon 2010, Varsha is also on the leadership council of the IAB Singapore. Varsha's internet career started in 1998 as the Founder and Co-CEO of Eve.com, a leading online retailer of beauty and accessories. From 2004 to 2008 she then moved on to Gap Inc. and served as Vice President & General Manager of the $400M business OldNavy.com. Varsha has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Fashion Advisor - Mary Gail Pezzimenti Mary Gail Pezzimenti is the online director for Luckymag.com, overseeing Lucky's social media strategy and multi-platform tech and content partnerships. Lucky recently launched a fashion and beauty e-commerce platform with a cash-back affiliate program and partnered with social-mobile networking company Foursquare to offer the first nationwide store directory on foursquare.com. Prior to working at Lucky, Mary Gail held a corporate position at Condé Nast as editorial projects director, implementing online initiatives company-wide. She joined Coné Nast in 1993 and has worked as the managing editor of Domino, GQ, Women's Sports and Fitness, and Details magazines. Gail also spent two years at Harper's Bazaar (Hearst Publications). She graduated with a BA from Emory University and holds an MBA from New York University.
Technology Advisor - Zach Sachen

Tanya Le Bras-Brown is the founder of MaisonLBB, a web design boutique founded in 2001 in NYC with a focused fashion and cosmetic clientele.
Tanya has developed a core working team complimented by a matrix organization of flexible resources that enables rapid access to key skills that permit maximum customer service and agility.
Prior to her current company, Tanya was asked to join Cecilia Pagkalinawan @BY3K in 1998 and grew with the company to become Director of Client Services. In this role, Tanya worked closely with clients, designers, producers, and programmers to ensure that multiple projects were delivered on schedule and within budget.
Tanya began her career in retail marketing for the beauty and fashion industry working in two of the top salons in NYC. Tanya was a general manager for Louis Licari then was recruited by John Barrett to launch the John Barrett Salon at Bergdorf Goodman.
Soon after leaving the salon industry to get married and take a month off Tanya started consulting and focused on styling and creating fashion segments for national TV programs.
Product Advisor - Freyja Gallagher
Freyja Gallagher is the founder and CEO of Pratica, LLC, a boutique interactive agency focused on digital strategy and on Open Source web and mobile application development
She has headed up major digital initiatives for businesses ranging from start-ups such as Heavy.com, Lime.com, and Automatic Media to major international corporations Diageo, Sanofi-Aventis, and Bertelsmann AG. Over Freyja's fifteen-year career, she has had hands-on experience in coding and database design, technology and information architecture, project management, team leadership, business consulting and entrepreneurship.
